Appointments:

June 2, 2004-8 weeks 1 day
    Went to a pregnancy refresher course presented and required by Kaiser.  It was actually very boring.  I had blood taken for blood work.

June 16, 2004-10 weeks 1 day
    First appt with NP Rita Kloos who did most of my visits while I was pregnant with Catherine.  Weight: 121 lbs Blood Pressure: 108/60.  Did ultrasound.  Saw heartbeat and the baby was kicking and moving a lot.  Informed her that this will again be a c-section delivery.  Will discuss that further at first appt with Dr. Macmillan.

July 19, 2004-14 weeks 6 days
    First appt with Dr. Susan Macmillan. Discussed possible dates.  She said they do them around 39 weeks.  Since I wanted Jan 18th, we decided to start with Jan 9th and go from there.  However, no date has been set since it is too early.
